Goan Fish Masala Rawa Fry

INGREDIENTS: (Serves 4 persons)

4 fish fillet (400 Grams)

1 tsp turmeric powder

2 green chilies

8 black pepper corns

1 tsp cumin seeds

2 pods of garlic

2 tbsp tamarind pulp

Handful coriander/cilantro leaves

6 tbsp of vegetable oil

100 grams Semolina

Salt to taste

ESSENTIAL EQUIPMENT

  • A plate to keep and marinate the fish
  • A plate to keep all the spices
  • Mixer Grinder to grind the Masala
  • Gas Stove or induction for cooking
  • A plate to keep the Semolina
  • A shallow pan for frying the fish
  • A rubber spatula
  • A wooden Spatula

A plate, a bowl, a Chopping board and knife. 

Goan Chicken Sausage Pulao

INGREDIENTS: (Serves 4 persons)

200 grams Long Grain Rice (Basmati)

100 grams Chicken sausages

1 Onion

2 Tomatoes(Ripe)

½ tsp sugar

6 Black pepper corns

½ inch Cinnamon Stick

4 Green  Cardamom

6 cloves

400 ml Chicken stock

2 tbsp butter

2 tbsp Vegetable oil

Salt to taste

ESSENTIAL EQUIPMENT

  • Bowl to wash and soak the rice
  • A Plate the keep Chopped onion and chopped tomato
  • A plate to keep whole spices
  • A bowl with stock
  • A bowl with chopped sausages
  • A deep pan to cook the rice
  • Gas Stove or induction for cooking
  • A wooden Spatula
