CRASH COURSES

We conduct several classes right from regional Cuisines to Bakes and Desserts.  Every class includes demonstration as well as hands on training. We also customize cookery classes as per the requirements of the individual.

 

Each class includes:

  • A refreshing juice with Snacks to get you in the cooking mood.
  • Fresh and delicious seasonal ingredients used in preparation of various recipes.
  • Bites from the dishes prepared along with Appetizer
  • Mineral water.
  • Hard copy of Recipes and Culinary tips.

Goan Cuisine

The class includes teaching of the following goan classic dishes. However, the guests are free to mail if they wish to learn any other dishes and we will customise the class accordingly.
