EDUCATIONAL GOAN CULINARY TOUR
For the School students, College & Hotel management graduates we have curated a two hours educational workshop in exclusively Goan Cuisine. This workshop is designed to get first hand knowledge on Goan Cuisine. In today’s fast pace growing hotel and restaurant industry the authenticity of regional cuisine need to be preserved. At Rita’s Gourmet, we are of a firm belief that with sound knowledge in the basic style of cooking & with the right use of spices and ingredients, the ethnic touch of the Cuisine can be maintained. Imparting sound education in these areas to the students and graduates will go a long way in keeping the originality of the Goan Cuisine by the service industry. This workshop is curated to accommodate students upto 35 in numbers. The entire workshop can also be customised as per the requirement of the School/College/University.

Demonstration Cooking Class in preparation of Goan masalas & curries. Some of the masalas that will be demonstrated are Cafreal/Recheado/Vindalho/Balchao and the uses of it in preparation of different Goan Curries & delicacies
