Palak Paneer & Ghee Roti
WHAT WILL YOU COOK
Palak Paneer

INGREDIENTS: (Serves 4 persons)
100 grams Spinach Leaves
250 Grams Cottage Cheese
1 small onion
1 Medium Tomato
2 garlic cloves
1 green chili
8 Cashew nuts
½ tsp Coriander powder
¼ tsp Turmeric powder
¼ tsp Garam Masala
100 ml water
2 tbsp Fresh Cream
2 tbsp Vegetable oil
Salt to taste
ESSENTIAL EQUIPMENT
- A bowl to keep Spinach spinach
- A bowl with Cottage Cheese
- A plate to keep chopped Onion and Tomato
- A plate to keep all spices
- Mixer Grinder
- A deep pan to cook
- Gas stove or induction
- 1 Rubber and 1 wooden spatula
- A jug with 1 ltr water
- 4 tbsp and 6 tsp
- 1 plate, 1 bowl, chopping board and knife.
Ghee Roti

INGREDIENTS: (Serves 4 persons)
100 Grams Whole Wheat flour
50 ml water
25 ml Ghee
50 grams Whole Wheat flour for rolling
Salt to taste
ESSENTIAL EQUIPMENT
- 1 bowl to knead the flour
- 1 Rolling pin
- 1 wooden spatula
- Tawa Pan
- 1 plate for flour
- 1 small bowl for ghee
- 2 tsp
- Hot case dish
