Paneer (Indian Cottage Cheese) Pakora & Mint Chutney
WHAT WILL YOU COOK
Paneer Pakora

INGREDIENTS: (Serves 4 persons)
300 grams Paneer
150 grams Chickpea flour
2 tbsp Rice flour
1 tsp Red chili powder
½ tsp Carom Seeds
½ tsp Cumin powder
¼ tsp Baking Soda
50 ml Water
Salt to taste
Vegetable oil
ESSENTIAL EQUIPMENT
- A bowl to keep paneer
- A bowl to keep chickpea flour
- A big bowl for mixing
- A plate with other condiments
- A Jug with ½ ltr water
- A deep frying pan
- A slotted spoon
- Absorbent paper with plate
- Gas Stove or induction for cooking
Mint Chutney

INGREDIENTS: (Serves 4 persons)
25 grams Mint leaves
25 grams Coriander/Cilantro leaves
2 Green Chilies
ESSENTIAL EQUIPMENT
- A plate to keep all the ingredients
- Mixer Grinder to grind
- A jug with ½ ltr water
- A bowl to keep the Chutney
