Paneer (Indian Cottage Cheese) Pakora & Mint Chutney

WHAT WILL YOU COOK

Paneer Pakora 

INGREDIENTS: (Serves 4 persons)

300 grams Paneer

150 grams Chickpea flour

2 tbsp Rice flour

1 tsp Red chili powder

½ tsp Carom Seeds

½ tsp Cumin powder

¼ tsp Baking Soda

50 ml Water

Salt to taste

Vegetable oil

ESSENTIAL EQUIPMENT

  • A bowl to keep paneer
  • A bowl to keep chickpea flour
  • A big bowl for mixing
  • A plate with other condiments
  • A Jug with ½ ltr water
  • A deep frying pan
  • A slotted spoon
  • Absorbent paper with plate
  • Gas Stove or induction for cooking

Mint Chutney

INGREDIENTS: (Serves 4 persons)

25 grams Mint leaves

25 grams Coriander/Cilantro leaves

2 Green Chilies

ESSENTIAL EQUIPMENT

  • A plate to keep all the ingredients
  • Mixer Grinder to grind
  • A jug with ½ ltr water
  • A bowl to keep the Chutney
