Paneer Pasanda and Ghee Roti
WHAT WILL YOU COOK
Paneer Pasanda
INGREDIENTS: (Serves 4 persons)
250 grams Cottgae Cheese
1 Medium size onion
1 Medium size Tomato
½ tsp Dry Fenugreek leaves
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp Red Chili powder
1 tsp Garam Masala
¼ tsp Cumin powder
2 green chilies
½ inch ginger
1 tbsp cilantro/coriander leaves, to garnish
50 ml fresh cream
25 ml Yogurt
50 ml Milk
100 ml water
2 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp vegetable oil
Salt to taste
ESSENTIAL EQUIPMENT
- 1 plate to keep the chopped onion and Tomato
- 1 Bowl to for Paneer
- 1 plate for dry spices
- 3small bowls for cream+Yogurt+Milk
- Mixer grinder
- 1 rubber and 1 wooden spatula
- 2 tbsp and 4 tsp
- Gas stove or induction
- A deep pan for cooking
- A jug with 1 ltr water
- 1 plate, 1 bowl, chopping board and knife.
Ghee Roti
INGREDIENTS: (Serves 4 persons)
100 Grams Whole Wheat flour
50 ml water
25 ml Ghee
50 grams Whole Wheat flour for rolling
Salt to taste
ESSENTIAL EQUIPMENT
- 1 bowl to knead the flour
- 1 Rolling pin
- 1 wooden spatula
- Tawa Pan
- 1 plate for flour
- 1 small bowl for ghee
- 2 tsp
- Hot case dish
