FIVE HOURS COOKERY WORKSHOP IN INDIAN BREAD

Different types of bread made out of Wheat Flour, Refined Wheat Flour are an integral part of Indian Cuisine. Some of the bread made of wheat flour are the popular Tava Roti, Lacha Paratha, Plain Paratha, Stuffed Paratha, Puri.
Join us for a full hands-on cooking class where you learn to prepare these bread right from the start to finish which includes kneading of the dough, rolling, cooking on the tava etc. Relish it with simple accompaniments, as we also teach you to prepare Mint Chutney, Butter Chicken/Paneer masala and other dishes.
A hard copy of the recipes will be given during the workshop and soft copy of it will also be mailed after the class.
In the five hours that you will spend with us you will learn all the basics and gain all the confidence and with some practice back home in your kitchen, we are sure these Indian Bread will form part of your daily Cuisine as well.
Itinerary
9.30 am – 10.15 am: Arrival and Welcome with breakfast.
10.15 am – 10.30 am: Introduction to different ingredients and utensils in making of Indian Bread.
10.30 am – 1.45 pm: Demonstration and Hands-on Cooking in different types of Indian Bread and Accompaniments

1.45 pm – 2.25 pm: Enjoy the Indian Bread with Accompaniments as Lunch

Note: We can guide you to procure these simple equipment and utensils such as the tava, skillet, wooden rolling pin (Belan) etc. which you can use to prepare these bread back home in your kitchen.

Rates
Cooking Class – Rs 4950/- per person
Group booking or a family booking of four persons and above will be extended 15% discount per person
